Among the appetizers proposed by Lo Scalo Restaurant you can taste fish and local mussels, like Gallipoli’s lobsters, black mussels, octopus, anchovies and a series of courses prepared with care to delight our guests with appetizing food.

Paccheri di "Gragnano" with cherry tomatoes, swordfish chunks and fried bread, tubettini with grouper sausage, are only a few examples of the appetizing food proposed by Cesare e Pippi Longo.

The fish is always fresh coming from the close waters of the Adriatic or Ionian Seas, depending on the direction chosen by local fishermen: mullets, lobsters, groupers, prawns, shrimps, sargos and dentex. Pasta is homemade by women living in Marina di Novaglie.

Local wines like Chardonnay, Malvasia, Negroamaro and Primitivo. Our good cellar also keeps excellent national wines.

Among our desserts Mrs Maria prepares homemade pasticciotti, filled with lemon cream. True deliciousness!
